THE COURSE WILL BE LED BY MAGDA URBANOWICZ:

Yoga has been present in my life for 8 years now.
Since year and a half, 6 times a week I unroll my mat and I forget about everything - except for breathing. ;)
Teacher training with Przemek Nadolny introduced me to ashtanga yoga in the Mysore tradition.
I did teacher training course in ashtanga vinyasa yogi (200 RYT). I practiced with Sharmila Desai in the Mysore tradition and Sharath Jois in KPJAYI.

Yoga teaches you how to be humble and patient and also how to accept yourself. Apart from that you always feel great after practice. What else do you want.
