While our classes are conducted in Polish, everyone is welcome! Our teachers speak English - simply let them know before class, and they will gladly provide individual instructions.
Don't worry about the language barrier. Many international students practice with us regularly, finding it easy to follow the group flow and visual cues. Understanding Polish isn't necessary for a great practice, and your teacher is always there to help.
ASHTANGA YOGA WARSAW
The mission of Yoga Republic is teaching in the spirit of the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga tought by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. The method is based on the combination of asanas (yoga postures) in a precisely arranged sequences that are performed in harmony with the energizing and purifying Ujjayi breath.
We offer classes for beginners such as Beginners class (introductory basics of yoga), Regeneration (gentle classes) and Happy Spine classes (to help get rid of the pain and stiffness of the spine), for the intermediate or advanced we offer Ashtanga classes. A unique form of Mysore classes (individual practice guided by the teacher) is suitable for both beginners and advanced.
Yoga Republic team consists of highly qualified teachers. The founder of the school is Przemek Nadolny, a teacher with the second level of authorization of the famous KPJAYI in Mysore.
Our yoga teachers are: Przemek Nadolny (2nd level of authorization by KPJAYI), Aga Passendorfer, Darek Markiewicz (1st level of authorization by KPJAYI)cji SYC), Róża Adamcio, Iza Suchodoła, Małgorzata Osuch, Kinga Brzuchacz, Anna Hausner, Kasia Gawryś, Ela Nadolna, Peter Podworski i Wojtek Stachura.
